General

- United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile” and stipulate that the governing law is the local law.
- Visa and Master Card and AED will be accepted for payment
- We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries
- Customer using the website who are Minor / under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website
- Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules
- User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account
If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be void, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, then that part will be deemed to be superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that matches the intent of the original provision as closely as possible. The remainder of these terms and conditions continues to be enforceable and valid.
Purchase of products
If you are not satisfied with the appearance, fit or feel of your furniture within 7 days, you are entitled to a one-time exchange or refund. All returned merchandise must be in the original condition as when purchased. A valid receipt is required. Applicable delivery fees on exchanges or returns will be charged to you. Guarantee does not apply to all decorations (including flowers, pillows and pots), Showroom Clearance items or Samples.
Creative Living offers a one year limited warranty against manufactured defects from the original purchased merchandise.
Product Availability & Delivery
Once your online order has been received, we will contact you within 72 hours with details on stock availability and delivery or pick-up arrangements. We’re sorry we are currently not able to guarantee immediate availability on all items. Merchandise in stock will be delivered within 2 to 6 days depending upon the location of your residence. International shipments may require additional lead time.
Special Order merchandise will require additional production time. Special Order lead times will vary due to fabric availability and manufacturing delays. No time frame is guaranteed. In rare instances, delivery may take up to 8 weeks.
Please allow for additional time to deliver the merchandise. Once your merchandise is received at our warehouse, you will be contacted to set up a delivery date to your residence.
Pricing & Promotions
Pricing in stores, catalog and online is in Dirhams. The price and availability of any merchandise is subject to change, along with any given date regarding arrival of merchandise into our warehouse and shipping fees. We reserve the right to refuse the order of any merchandise that we deem is erroneously priced, described and shown in stores and online.
Payment & Deposit Requirements
We require a 50% deposit on all orders. Full payment is required prior to the scheduling of the delivery. All decorations, Showroom Clearance items or Samples must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
You may cancel your order at any time prior to delivery for complete refund but not with special orders or sales orders over 7 days.
Exchanges or refunds will be given on purchases returned within 7 days, unused, in its entirety and in the same condition, a delivery charge may be levied regardless. If not in factory condition, the Exchange or Return may be declined. Surface and glass defects not reported within 48 hours of receipt will not be refunded.
If the re-selection is an equal or greater amount, we may waive the restocking fee and the above charges. If a refund is necessary, we require up to 10 banking days to clear customers’ checks.
All goods must be received within our Warehouse prior to the refund process. We reserve the right to correct all clerical errors such as additions, subtractions, omissions, and mistagged items.
The Following Items Are Not Refundable:
- All decorations (including flowers, pillows and pots)
- Showroom Clearance items or samples
- Delivery fees
- All sales orders over 30 days
We are committed to your satisfaction. If you have any concerns about the condition of your merchandise, our team of service professionals will address your claim according to the following guidelines:
- Visible Damage: While we take every step possible to handle your merchandise with care, occasionally damage can occur during shipping or handling. Please inspect your purchase promptly after you receive it and report any visible damage within 7 days to a Creative Living representative.
- Manufacture Defect We cannot be responsible for every manufacturer’s variances in the merchandise’s finish. We will give the company’s regular six months warranty on construction, but cannot warranty against the variances in the finish.
Specials Orders
Due to the specific nature of Special Orders, they are neither cancelable or refundable.
Best Price Guarantee
Any item offered with this guarantee is being sold at our lowest price and will not be reduced any further except for a genuine clearance sale (if any) of that item. However, we reserve the right to increase the price due to increases in materials, freight, and manufacture.
