Deliveries are made through our selected courier to your chosen shipping address. You can also order online and pick up your order from Ajman 3787, United Arab Emirates.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Delivery within Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman.
  • Delivery charge to Ras al Khaimah is 150 AED.
  • Delivery charge to Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Dibba, Fujairah, and Hatta is 300 AED to 600AED.

Creative Living, therefore, reserves the right to re-quote and charge for these deliveries as the Creative Living online shopping system generated quote is unable to factor in all chargeable delivery destinations during checkout. In the event where Creative Living determine orders are subject to delivery charges after checkout and payment, Creative Living will inform you and you will have the choice to either pay in the difference or cancel your order which if paid for already will entitle you to elect a credit on your account or an immediate refund in full.

In the case of an immediate refund on an EFT payment, funds may only reflect in your account a day or two following the actual refund – this is beyond our control. Shopping cost all depends on the destination of your goods and on what scale the delivery is. If your items are in stock, most International orders are delivered within 2-6 weeks, our clever couriers have been known to move things along a lot quicker!

Return Policy

Creative Living has a 7-Day Money Back Guarantee for customers in Middle East. The guarantee is only valid for the original purchaser. When making a claim please ensure you have your original Invoice.

Please note that refund will be done only through the original mode of payment.

You can return your product for any reason within 7 days of delivery and get a full refund. The product must be returned in its entirety and in the same condition as when it arrived at your site and it must not have been installed, removed and then returned. You will be required to bring goods to our Dubai or Ajman dispatches, or you can contact us to arrange collection, a delivery charge will be levied regardless.

Once we receive your return, we will process and refund your purchase asap. If your item is defective, damaged or the product we’ve sent you is not the same as the product that you’ve ordered you won’t be charged the handling or delivery fee.

This guarantee applies to all regular Creative Living products only and does not apply to custom made and special orders.

Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Overseas Container-load Orders

You may cancel your container-load order and receive a full refund up until you approve the Inspection Report. To ensure you get the product you expect, we provide 100% inspection of your container order. Once you have approved the Inspection Report, your now completed order is transferred from our factories to the shipping company. At this point, it is too late to cancel or change your order.

Product Damaged In Shipping

In the unlikely event that your product is damaged or shorted simply call us at 052 292 9706 within 7 days of delivery to make a claim. If something is wrong with an order, we will take immediate steps to replace the product or refund your money.

Please do not schedule installation of your products until after the product has been received and examined. Installing a damaged or defective product may void a warranty or damage claim.

Our products are carefully packaged to avoid damage in shipping. Damage to products will virtually always be visible on the exterior of the pallet, crate, or lift. If products are damaged inside of the packaging, please halt installation and contact Creative Living right away.

If products have been damaged in shipping or are missing, Creative Living will replace the products or refund the price of those products. The decision to replace or refund will be made in consultation with you, the customer, as to which solution is acceptable for both parties. If the furniture needs to be brought in for repairs, repairs will be undertaken if possible or item replaced. If the items are replaced, please note that we cannot guarantee that the color or style which you had purchased previously will be in stock.
